Consumer Dispute Resolutions Partner, ExpertNeutral.com
Once you have made the decision to get outside help to resolve a dispute or conflict in your life, first thing you want to do is complete the Contact Us box at the bottom of each page on our site.
Once we have received the details of your situation, we will contact you to discuss how we will proceed in contacting the other party involved in your dispute or conflict.
Once you agree to hire our services, and have provided us all the contact information to the other party involved with the dispute, we will send you a Paypal Invoice via email.
After we receive payment, we will send the other party a Certified Letter, letting them know we have been hired by you to try and resolve your dispute or conflict with them.
The initial fee to hire our firm is less than filing fees for Small Claims Court, and that includes the cost of the Certified Letter we mail to the other party.
The other party will be paying a small fee to Mediate as well. This should make them open to Mediation, if not, they will soon be Served with Small Claims Court Papers after you file with the court.
For more complicated Mediations, we will provide you a custom quote based on the conflict or dispute we are hired to Mediate.
Based on the time we have invested in your case in order to contact the other party, we do not offer a refund if the other party refuses to Mediate.
However, we will give you information which will help you File a Small Claims Court Case or Civil Case, depending on how much you are suing for.
If the value you are seeking from the other party is over $12,500, then you file a Civil Court Case rather than a Case in Small Claims Court.
We can provide you with 3 Attorney Referrals for your consideration, if a Civil Court Case filing is needed. Small Claims Cases are heard without Attorney's allowed in the Courtroom.
For the sake of time and convenience, all of our Mediations are done via Zoom.
We will work with both parties to find the best time for our Zoom Mediation. We can be flexible in scheduling Zoom Mediations during the weekday, weekday nights, and even on the weekends.
Yes, we keep all information we gather from either party Confidential. All notes taken during a Mediation session are shredded upon completion of the Mediation.
If there is an agreement between both parties at the end of the Mediation, each party will get a copy, and Consumer Dispute Resolutions will not keep a copy for our records.
Furthermore, we will not be a witness for either party if there is no resolution from a Mediation, and a court case is filed, nor will we sign an Affidavit for either party.
We are strictly a neutral third party throughout the entire Mediation process between the two parties.
